60 Day Guarantee Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not delighted with any merchandise that you buy from The Barbecue Store, just return it in "as purchased" condition within 60 days. We will promptly exchange it or credit the purchase price (less shipping charges), whichever you prefer.
If for some reason an item does not meet your expectations, The Barbecue Store will exchange the product for an exact duplicate of the item (if in stock) or refund your items purchase price. Either way you chose, it is you, the customers choice of how you would like your satisfaction to be met....either product replacement or purchase price refund.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Item must be returned in it's original packaging as shipped
- Product CAN NOT be used
- Customer must obtain a valid RMA before sending the return
If a refund or replacement is desired, we will issue a refund (minus our original shipping cost) or replacement of the product for an exact duplicate (if one is available). Whatever your choice, the items must be returned to our warehouse and it is the customers responsibility to pay the return shipping charges on the items being returned to us. If you are returning and item to us, please call us at 888-789-0650 or email Customer Service at support@nottingham.com, state your order number, the item you are returning, and the reason for the return, and Customer Service will email or give you a Return Authorization Form number to be include in your package [and marked on the outside with the same RMA number] when you mail your item(s) back to us.
** IMPORTANT ** We HIGHLY recommend putting a tracking number on your package to ensure that we receive your returned item(s) package. We are not responsible for lost return packages if a tracking number has not been placed on your return package.
Once the item(s) have been received back to our warehouse and has been processed as a returned item, we will issue a full purchase price refund to our customer in the manner in which the order was paid for (Credit back to Credit Card, refund back to Paypal.com account, etc.)
